Landscape Design
Our purpose is to create and restore the landscape to provide comfortable and attractive outdoor living space to enhance each homeowner’s lifestyle. The process begins with an initial meeting with one of our architects where thoughts and ideas are exchanged. We want to get to know you, your site and the vision you have for your property.
Our Three-Step Process:
Site Survey – We get to know your existing property intimately by creating an ‘existing conditions’ plan identifying areas to be screened or enhanced, site views from the house, collecting elevation points, identifying existing plant material and access points for utilities, spigots, etc.
Conceptual Design – Our talented team of landscape architects begins developing 2-3 conceptual design ideas and an investment outline based on initial discussions and findings from the site survey. Each concept will present a different approach to address your needs and vision.
Final Plan Development – Upon receiving your input on conceptual ideas, we develop a final plan, proposal, and if needed, construction documents for installation.
