PHC Technician:

As a PHC Technician at RP, you would be responsible for identifying plant health care concerns and educating clients about the need for treatments. You would be responsible for applying various insect/disease controls and fertilizers. You would work closely with the Maintenance Team to create and maintain healthy landscapes. This position requires the ability and willingness to regularly work on Saturdays. Requirements for this position are:  Operator/Applicator license in turf, ornamental and mosquito treatments. Class C Driver License. English & Spanish fluency is a plus. Prefer 3 to 5 years of experience.

HR Generalist:

This position is responsible for the overall administration of the human resources function, working with employees to support the company’s business strategy. This role oversees employment functions, compensation, policy and benefits administration, wellness, and employee development. Qualified candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 7 years of Human Resources experience, and payroll and benefits administration. Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred.

Construction Foreman:

A Construction Foreman at RP is responsible for coordinating crew members to ensure gardens and hardscapes are installed according to plan through assigning tasks, proper use of tools, and responsible use of materials. Bi-lingual English-Spanish required.

Crew Members:

Assist your team with customers’ landscape construction, installation, and maintenance. Job activities include planting, mowing, raking, mulching, weeding, fertilizing, edging, pruning, and grading.

Client Steward (Account Manager):

This position is responsible for maintaining and building new client relationships and act as the main point of contact between Rosborough Partners and the client. The Client Steward will estimate, sell and oversee annual maintenance proposals as well as enhancements such as: seasonal color installations, bed enhancements, small construction renovations, etc. Working with the Residential Supervisors and crews to ensure all projects meet Rosborough Partners Mission of producing the highest quality workmanship. As Client Steward you will report directly to the Residential Department Manager.

Qualifications: minimum 4 years experience, horticulture and landscape installation knowledge, valid driver’s license, CLT and/or Pesticide License desirable. Bilingual – English/Spanish is a plus.

Landscape Maintenance Foreman:

This position is responsible for leading a crew of up to 4 team members at a job site while leading by example to ensure the projects meet Rosborough Partners Mission of producing the highest quality workmanship with efficiency and safety. As Foreman you will report directly to the Residential Maintenance Supervisor and work closely with our Residential Department Manager.

Qualifications: minimum 3 years Foreman experience, minimum 3 years landscape installation and maintenance experience, horticulture knowledge, plant identification and cultural requirements, chemical application knowledge, pulling trailer experience, and Class C license. CLT and/or Pesticide License are desirable. English/Spanish fluency is beneficial.

CDL Driver

This position picks up and delivers nursery and landscape products to multiple job sites and to the production yard.  Drivers may be delivering trees, shrubs, flowers, stone, soil, mulch, compost, pipe and other products.  This position requires the physical ability to frequently climb stairs, ladders, bend, stoop, lift and carry items.

Qualifications include: minimum 3 years of landscape industry experience and sound horticultural knowledge.  Experience with landscape and loading equipment is required.  Driver must be able to frequently lift 60 pounds or more.  A valid CDL driver’s license with a good driving record is required.   English/Spanish fluency is beneficia trea
