Landscaping Account Manager (Client Steward):
This position is responsible for maintaining and building client relationships with Residential Landscape Maintenance customers. As the main point of contact between Rosborough Partners and the client, the Client Steward will estimate, sell and oversee annual maintenance contracts, in addition to enhancements such as: seasonal color installations, bed enhancements, small construction renovations, etc. Client Stewards will create customized work plans and ensure they are followed to meet client expectations. Client Stewards work with the Maintenance Supervisors and crews to ensure all projects meet Rosborough Partners’ quality standards. The Client Steward reports directly to the Director of Maintenance. The Client Steward role is well-suited to those who enjoy working with people and are interested in helping achieve Rosborough Partners’ mission of Transforming Landscapes and Transforming Lives.
Qualifications: minimum 5 years experience, horticulture and landscape maintenance knowledge, valid driver’s license, – English/Spanish is a plus.
