Project Landscape Architect:

This position produces professional landscape architect and design solutions for our residential clients to meet Rosborough Partners mission of producing the highest quality workmanship.  As Landscape Architect/Designer you will report directly to the Design Department Manager and work with our Landscape Construction Team.  Be involved in the continuing development, implementation and management of landscape architecture projects.  Produce professional designs in a well-organized and timely manner.  Have the ability to work independently and within a team environment providing timely and accurate tasked items.

Candidates should possess strong design, graphic, and communication skills, as well as exceptional plant knowledge. Experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office is strongly preferred. A degree in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Design equivalent is required.

Client Steward:

This position is responsible for maintaining and building new client relationships and act as the main point of contact between Rosborough Partners and the client. The Account Manager will estimate, sell and oversee annual maintenance proposals as well as enhancements such as: seasonal color installations, bed enhancements, small construction renovations, etc. Working with the Residential Supervisors and crews to ensure all projects meet Rosborough Partners Mission of producing the highest quality workmanship. As Account Manager you will report directly to the Residential Department Manager.

Qualifications: minimum 4 years experience, horticulture and landscape installation knowledge, valid driver’s license, CLT and/or Pesticide License desirable. Bilingual – English/Spanish is a plus.

Landscape Maintenance Foreman:

This position is responsible for leading a crew of up to 4 team members at a job site while leading by example to ensure the projects meet Rosborough Partners Mission of producing the highest quality workmanship with efficiency and safety. As Foreman you will report directly to the Residential Maintenance Supervisor and work closely with our Residential Department Manager.

Qualifications: minimum 3 years Foreman experience, minimum 3 years landscape installation and maintenance experience, horticulture knowledge, plant identification and cultural requirements, chemical application knowledge, pulling trailer experience, and Class C license. CLT and/or Pesticide License are desirable. English/Spanish fluency is beneficial.

Landscape Maintenance Supervisor:

This position is responsible to oversee the day‐to‐day operations of several maintenance crews. The Supervisor will work closely with the Foreman and crews to ensure the projects meet Rosborough Partners Mission of producing the highest quality workmanship. This includes meeting production budgets and client timelines. As Supervisor you will report directly to the Residential Department Manager and work closely with our Project Landscape Architects.

Qualifications: minimum 4 years Residential Landscape maintenance crew supervision, thorough knowledge of horticulture practices, knowledge of application of landscape materials and equipment, valid license, and C Class or CDL Class license. CLT and/or Pesticide License desirable. Bilingual – English/Spanish is a plus.

Construction Foreman:

This position is responsible for leading a crew of up to 4 team members at a job site while leading by example to ensure the projects meet Rosborough Partners Mission of producing the highest quality workmanship with efficiency and safety. As Foreman you will report directly to the Residential Maintenance Supervisor and work closely with our Residential Department Manager. This position is responsible for completing hardscape installation with great precision and including meeting production budgets and timelines.  The Foreman will lead a crews of up to 5 team members at a job site while leading by example to ensure the projects meet Rosborough Partners’ mission of producing the highest quality workmanship with efficiency and safety. Responsibilities include managing employee production and material job costing, provide equipment and safety crew training, effective communication with team members, subcontractors, vendors and client, and assist snow management during winter.

Qualifications include Minimum 3 years landscape/hardscape Foreman experience, 3 years landscape/hardscape installation and snow operations experience, ability to follow landscape project from written proposal/landscape design, knowledge and identification of plants and trees, Valid driver’s license, C Class or CDL and clean driving record. CLT and/or Pesticide license are desirable. Ability to operate various construction equipment. Bilingual – English/Spanish is beneficial.

Construction Production Manager

This position is responsible to for managing all aspects of the Landscape Construction Department to ensure all projects are executed according to plan and meet Rosborough Partners mission of producing the highest quality workmanship. As a Department Manager you will report directly to the President and work closely with our Project Landscape Architects/Designers.  Ability to thoroughly understand and interpret design and construction plans.  You will be responsible establishing and managing the department budget, department supervisors, foreman and field staff.  Ability to interact and communicate well with clients, subcontractors, vendors and co-workers. Responsibilities include job scheduling, material procurement, site work is performed efficiently, safely and with premier quality standards, conduct staff and safety meetings, maintain inventory, staff evaluations, and assist snow management during winter.

Qualifications include minimum 5+ years of landscape/hardscape construction management, 5+ years of landscape/hardscape installation and snow management, read and follow landscape project from written proposal/landscape design, valid driver’s license, C Class or CDL, with clean driving record. CLT and/or Pesticide License are desirable. Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus.

Spray Technician

This position is responsible for applying pesticides according to label specifications, loading materials and scheduling routes for efficiency. Must be able to load materials onto truck and keep inventory organized. Peak season: April 1-July 1.

Successful candidates will hold an Operator/Applicator license for turf, ornamentals, and mosquito abatement, and a Class C driver’s license. Prefer 3 years minimum of landscape industry, horticulture knowledge, and bi-lingual Spanish/English.

CDL Driver

This position picks up and delivers nursery and landscape products to multiple job sites and to the production yard.  Drivers may be delivering trees, shrubs, flowers, stone, soil, mulch, compost, pipe and other products.  This position requires the physical ability to frequently climb stairs, ladders, bend, stoop, lift and carry items.

Qualifications include: minimum 3 years of landscape industry experience and sound horticultural knowledge.  Experience with landscape and loading equipment is required.  Driver must be able to frequently lift 60 pounds or more.  A valid CDL driver’s license with a good driving record is required.   English/Spanish fluency is beneficial.
