Landscape Construction Foreman:

We are looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman in our Libertyville office to oversee all aspects of either Residential or Commercial construction.  Must have valid “C” license with good driving record, minimum of 3 years’ experience as Landscape Foreman, and be able to ID Midwest plants.  English/Spanish fluency is beneficial.  CLT is a plus.

Landscape Construction Supervisor:

We are looking for a Landscape Construction Supervisor in our Libertyville office to oversee construction crews, with 4 years of landscape industry experience or related degree. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: supervise/assist crews, order plant material, hire/train staff, and coordination of projects with staff, client and subcontractors.  Pesticide License and knowledge of computer use helpful. Valid driver’s license and good driving record are required. English/Spanish fluency is beneficial.

Residential Maintenance Account Manager (Full Time and Part Time Positions):

Rosborough Partners, Inc. is accepting resumes for an experienced Landscape Residential Maintenance Account Manager to manage a portfolio of residential maintenance clients.  Responsibilities include preparing proposals, contract renewals, identifying and selling new sales leads and ensuring quality control is followed on client sites.   Revenue and profitability goals will be set each year and accomplished by analyzing, planning, organizing, and adjusting schedules to achieve efficient use of resources and people.

Establishing, building and maintaining client relationships are the keys to being successful in this position.

Landscape industry experience and/or a horticultural degree are required.  English & Spanish fluency is a plus.  We offer competitive wages and benefits.

Spray Technician – Plant Health Care

Rosborough Partners, Inc. is seeking an experienced Spray Technician.  Responsibilities include handling and applying pesticides according to label specifications, loading materials and scheduling routes to achieve efficient use of time.  This position also requires the ability to neatly organize and store inventory with a minimal amount of space and during peak season- April 1 thru July 1, the ability and willingness to regularly work on Saturday.

Location: West Chicago.

Requirements for this position are:  Operator/Applicator license in turf, ornamental and mosquito.  Class C Driver License.   Horticultural knowledge and landscape industry experience.  English & Spanish fluency is a plus.  Prefer 3 to 5 years of experience.  We offer competitive wages and benefits.
