LANDSCAPE DESIGN INTERN
This is a wonderful opportunity for a landscape design intern to be exposed to all facets of the residential, design-build process for an award-winning company. The responsibilities include drawing base maps, performing site surveys, drawing and budgeting concepts, preparing presentation material, and estimating for construction proposals. Furthermore, the position allows for the opportunity to assist with managing projects during the construction phase.
The position requires a self-motivated person currently in the final years of a formal education in landscape architecture or equivalent design major. Knowledge in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office are strongly recommended for this position. LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE FOREMAN
An exciting opportunity for a meticulous individual who would enjoy being responsible for keeping all aspects of a completed landscape project looking its best. The Foreman’s role is one of the most important in our organization.
A hands on, outside position, which requires horticultural and turf skills, pest and disease knowledge, a valid driver’s license with a good record, ability to obtain a pesticide operator license and CLT status, knowledge of equipment operation, bilingual skills, team management capabilities, and an outstanding willingness to serve and cultivate an excellent client relationship.
RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE CLIENT REPRESENTATIVE
This is a rewarding opportunity for an outgoing individual with a horticultural background. The client representative is responsible for maintaining and building client relationships, generating and estimating new sales leads and ensuring quality control on our sites. Supplemental project management, field lay-out, as well as scheduling of work with our maintenance supervisors are also included in this important role.
This position requires at least three years of experience in landscape maintenance sales, sound organizational skills, computer skills and the desire to work on our team to provide the highest quality product and service to our clients. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
YARD COORDINATOR.
This position is an opportunity for an individual to be involved in all facets of coordinating the yard area for an award-winning company. Responsibilities include coordinating and maintaining order and inventory of all plant materials and hard goods to assure materials are available and ready to be pulled to fulfill job loading and delivery requirements. Additional responsibilities include maintenance and care of plant material inventory; i.e., perennials, ground cover, annuals, seasonal plants, shrubs, and trees.This person may be asked to assist in the acquisition of plant materials This individual also serves as the point person for all yard deliveries, oversees crews responsible for loading and unloading trucks, and has overall responsibility for keeping the yard clean and safe.
The position requires a self-motivated person who is able to work independently and yet can comfortably interact with multiple areas of the company including Residential and Commercial Maintenance as well as Construction Departments. Horticultural knowledge and industry experience is desirable. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
As exciting opportunity for an individual who would enjoy being directly involved in “bringing a landscape design to life.” The Foreman’s role is one of the most important in our organization.
This is a hands-on, outside position, which requires skills in Midwest plant identification, grading, drainage, hardscape installation, reading blueprints, team management, and the ability to operate equipment.
A minimum of 3 years experience as a residential construction foreman is a must.
The position requires a “C” Class License minimum. CLT Certification is desirable.
English/Spanish skills are a plus.
